OVERVIEW
Alumasc Bio-SolaCell is a load-supported biosolar mounting system designed for extensive green roofs. It combines the waterproofing, green roof and photovoltaic mounting system within one coordinated specification.
The system does not require separate mechanical penetrations or additional conventional ballast.
HOW IT WORKS
The mounting base and drainage-storage boards are incorporated into the green roof build-up. Aluminium frames, carrier rails, clamps and wind bracing support the photovoltaic modules while the complete roof system provides stability.
